Candidate profile
•    10 years' experience with atleast 5 years in training / pre sales for technology products
•    Should have a technical sales/technical Support background and experience in IT, communication or Consumer Electronics Industry in similar roles
•    Should be conversant with  good grasp of key memory technologies
•    Strong communication and presentation skills and a passion of interacting with a variety of audiences and have engaging conversations
•    Should have reasonable knowledge of SanDisk flash products and host devices
•    Must  have  a flair for training  and content creation depending on the type of audience
•    Willing to travel and engage with multiple stakeholders for advocating SanDisk technology.
•    Candidates having experience with PC/ IT hardware , Imaging, Camera and Mobile handset companies preferred.

Training and Development Manager - Job Description
•    Develop a deep understanding on how customers are buying memory in retail
•    Analyze competition products and educate team on relevant product
•    Be responsible for creating the right  levels of  advocacy for SanDisk partners among channel partners
•    Conduct city-wise Calenderised training programs for retail partners
•    Prepare interesting demos across categories for use during training
•    Train SanDisk outsourced sales  team on products /salesmanship and monitor their in -store training delivery program for desired output
•    Manage direct relationship with trainers in LFR and Specialty stores and conduct trainings
•    Be the lead for sharing regular product updates and technology trends with distribution product managers  and agency partners
•    Manage a mobile based training portal and delivery app for education retail sales persons
•    Create customized training modules for delivering the trainings through mobiles and tablets
•    Work closely with SanDisk product managers in APAC to understand the product maps and educate the India Sales team
•    Align India Sales team on the key product messages and drive new product transitions in the market
