Qualification: Matriculation and ITI (full time) in relevant trades only (Fitter / Electrician / Welder) from Govt. recognised institute. 

Medical Service Provider (Trainee): 09 Posts 

1. Radiology: 02 Posts
   Qualification: B.Sc. in Paramedical Technology (Radiology) from Govt. recognised institute or 10+2 (Science) with full time Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in Radiology from Govt. recognised institute.
   
2. Pharmacist: 06 Posts
   Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy or 10+2 (Science) with full time Diploma in Pharmacy of minimum 2 years duration and registered with Indian/ State Pharmacy council.
   
3. Dietician: 01 Post
   Qualification: Bachelor degree (full time) in Dietetics/ Food & Nutrition/ Clinical Nutrition from Govt. recognised institute/ university after 10+2 (Science).
   

Application & Processing Fee:

• For Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee)/ Medical Service Provider (Trainee): For General/ OBC Rs.250/- and for Departmental candidate Rs. 50/-.
• For Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee): For General/ OBC Rs.150/- and for Departmental candidate Rs. 50/-.
• SC/ ST/ PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application & processing fees.
