Qualifications : 1. Post graduate in Child Development or Education or Psychology or English 2. Good academic record with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Desirable :1. Familiarity with teaching of English in the early years 2. Research Experience 3. Experience / knowledge of qualitative research methods 4. Familiarity with MS word 5. Fluency in speaking and writing English and Hindi 6. Comfort and familiarity in working with young children and preschool educators .
