1. Senior Software EngineerRecruitments:
   • Bachelors’ degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software development.
   • 5+ years of overall experience and 1+ years of experience in leading a technical group of 1 to 3 team members or above Knowledge & Skills.
   • 5+ years experience in software development projects.
2. Software Engineer 
   Recruitments:
   • 3+ years of Java/J2EE based development using Design Patterns.
   • 2+ years working with large relational database such as Oracle and SQL Server including stored procedures.
   • 2+ years of exposure to J2EE programming, including GUI and MVC frameworks.
   • Proficient in XML and related technologies.
3. Lead Software Engineer 
   Recruitments:
   • 7 to 8 years experience in Java development role & with C# experience.
   • Development experience in Java (J2EE), Applets, JSP, JDBC, SQL, Oracle, XML/XSLT, Data Structures in Java, Java Networking/HTTP Programming, Sockets/IO, Multithreading and JSP/Servlets.
   • Expert in client scripting languages like JavaScript & JQuery & CSS.
   • Willingness to operate in a diverse platform and cross-train self and team members in different skills and tools.
