Minimum Qualification:
The person should be a Member of Institute of Comp
any
Secretaries of India. Preference will be given to
candidates having L.L.B degree.
Minimum Experience as on 1
st
October 2013:
He should have a minimum experience of 5
years after acquiring the CS qualification in large
companies, handling legal and company
secretarial matter. He should be well versed with
Company Law and procedures, Corporate
Governance, SEBI / Stock Exchange Regulations, Taxa
tion, Economic Legislation and Rules
regarding Formation and Administration of Joint Ven
ture Companies. Additionally, he should
be conversant with drafting of Contracts, Agreement
s, Deeds and other legal documents.
Knowledge of Computer Application is desirable.
Upper Age Limit as on 1

The Upper Age Limit is 31 years.
Total Monthly Gross emoluments at the minimum of th

scale
(Rs. 24900 - 50500/-) Basic Pay, HRA plus DA and ot
her allowances works out to
Rs. 64,000/- approximately.
Besides, Basic Pay, the employee is entitled Perfor
mance Related Pay (PRP), Free
Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity,
Contributory Provident Fund,
Accident Insurance, Pension Scheme and Social Secur
ity Schemes as per Company
rules. The Company offers best Compensation package
s in cost to company (CTC).
Selection:
