of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) gives you an opportunity to
develop new applications, systems or theory through its Winter Research
Session.
IIIT-H is inviting applications for Spring 2014 session from the candidates who have completed B.Tech./BE/B.Arch. and allied courses in any branch of engineering, or M.Tech./ME/MCA/M.Sc. for admission into research programs in the areas of computer science, electronics and communication engineering.
Student of any Engineering branch can apply for admission into any branch for higher studies. For instance, a candidate with B.Tech. in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering can apply for MS/PhD in Computer Science.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should have completed B.Tech./BE/B.Arch. etc., in any branch of Engineering, or M.Tech./ME/MCA/M.Sc.
Admission Procedure
Admission into Research programmes for Spring 2014 will be based on the performance in the entrance examination/ Interview to be held at Hyderabad. An all-India written exam and or interview to test the preparedness of the applicants will be held on 3rd and 4th Dec 2013. The details of the exam/interview will be sent in a mail to the applicants.
How to Apply:
The applications should be submitted through online portal. To submit the application, a candidate has to complete two registration forms: Pre-Registration Form and Main Registration Form. Applicants can apply for one or more programmes in the same form by indicating choices.

After filling the Pre-Registration form, the candidate receives an e-mail, which contains the link and identification code. The link should be opened in a browser by supplying the identification code to fill in the Main Registration Form.
Filling of Main Registration Form:
The main registration form can only be filled by opening the link received through the E-Mail, after filling in the preceding pre-registration form.
Application Fees:
Application fee is Rs. 1,500 (Non-Refundable). Payment can be done through demand draft and through credit card/debit card (visa/ master Card).
