Eligibility :

• BE/ B.Tech - ( CSE ) candidates from 2013 batch with an aggregate of 60% and above.

Job Responsibilities :

•     Understand the business in detail and track operational performance through various reports.
•     Analyze data and identify deviations from process.
•     Understand system workflows and create/modify workflows .
•     Report creation and work closely with the business analyst team to gather and analyze operations data.
•     Work with different teams to understand operational issues and identify operational inefficiencies.

KRA :

•     Monitor and eliminate outliers.
•     Implement and document process changes.
•     Improve/Automate reporting to set .

Requirements :

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
•     Good working knowledge of SQL queries.
•     Good in communication.
• Prior experience in a operations analyst role is preferred .

Skills ( Mandatory) : SQL

Salary Range : INR 2.5 -3.2 Lacs P.A

N.B : Should be willing to work in mid shifts / night shifts as per business requirements.
